And while any food product exported from China these days elicits concern (and the expectation that the next head of the Chinese FDA is about to be executed for corruption), how is China any worse than many of the &quot;Third World&quot; countries that produce most of our coffee today? It&#039;s not like Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Sumatra are known for their excellence in food safety.</description>
