I remember a coffee beer from a brewery in Oregon, it wasn’t bad. Think of a dark, deep porter or stout with a hint of coffee, it worked pretty well.

I don’t know. I think of coffee as great all by itself and I would hate to mix that up with alcohol. I guess I just enjoy the taste of coffee so much that I don’t really want anything to go with it besides milk. I don’t even like flavorings at most places. I realize I may be in the minority on this one and I am sure you are right that this will catch on in other places as well.
