I truly think the real fact behind the downs of coffee are wut u add to it, if its the whole milk,half and half, the big amounts of sugar etc. wich will lead to health problems sooner or later but enjoing 3 cups of black coffee a day even if its in greek french press or whatever should not be a problem. At leats that my teory having to work with a lot of coffe addicts all day that drink lattes with straws ughhh.
