This sounds like a very good recipe. My girlfriend loves peppermint mochas so I'll have to make this for her soon. I'm guessing the espresso is required to make sure the coffee taste doesn't get diluted correct? Anyways I posted a great Iced Coffee on my website so feel free to check it out if you like.
