In his book &quot;The Omnivore&#039;s Dilemma&quot;, author Michael Pollan recommends that we all avoid any foods making health claims. Taking something humans have safely consumed for 1,000 years in moderation, and then slapping a health claim on top of it more than qualifies for Mr. Pollan&#039;s rule.</description>
